​FSQ's ‘Freak Out For Fitness’ is a fitness anthem. It’s a new wave disco funk affair written by FSQ's Chuck Da Fonk and One Era that evokes the soundtracks of 80s fitness craze. Think Jane Fonda's workout videos, or the Jamie Lee Curtis & John Travolta film Perfect. Also it's inspired by Chuck’s own fitness journey, where he lost 70lbs (30kg) and wound up becoming an athlete!

Soul Clap's Charlie leads with an extra heavyweight remix that pumps up the original with a funky house vibe, layers of percussion and bass before getting into a high intensity synth workout.

The Lisbona Sisters are no strangers to a good stretch, and fresh off their debut release for Seth Troxler's Berlin-based Slacker 85, go full cardio with an Italo disco circuit. While you can hear Giorgio Moroder’s arpeggios in the mix, there's a muscular funk veneer bulking up the track. Bodies will pulse to elements of P-Funk and Chic that the Lisbona’s so artfully worked into these audio aerobics.

Norway's Third Attempt, uses his remix as a showcase for his signature trip-hop-house sound, warming up the musical elements from the OG as they build up a sweat over a sultry, six-minute session. The instrumental versions of 'Freak Out For Fitness' fit perfectly as DJ weapons in any high NRG set, all versions a supreme soundtrack for anytime you need to pump it up!
